If you scanned it in, just call them or use the "contact us" link and talk to someone. They'll walk you through it. I can see the positive sides to this service, but it really is confusing. But the people there are really nice. I haven't had to "move" any of my documents into place yet, I've just faxed them but they aren't showing up yet. Guess it takes longer if you fax it. Anyway, give them a call. They'll walk you through it. They told me you just need to click on the little + next to the item you scanned and go through the steps, but IDK. Let me know how you made out.

:smackingf Soooo, how's everybody doing with the Certified profile site?

The people are very nice, but it seems really more confusing and difficult than it needs to be. Why can't we just send all the forms to Aria??

Well, I cannot stop thinking about orientation and getting the uniforms. I need to get a special stethoscope since I have a bilateral hearing loss. I'm looking into that now. That's gonna be a big expense I think. I've gotta talk to my ENT and audiologist.

Did anybody buy their stethoscope yet? Do we need to buy scissors, etc.? as a student or do we use the schools or what??

OK girls, I'm bored. Just trying to pass some time. :)

@ momofsix - So far so good with the uploading of documents. Got my finger print results today :)...

You sure need a good stethoscope. Haven't ordered mine yet.

Am thinking books, uniforms, comfortable shoes, a good bag, ...:) Amazing!!

In a way not having to mail our staff is more secure. A little time wasting but we have to move along with this technology, right...

When did you do your fingerprints ?? I am still waiting on mine !

Also.. has anyone else recieved anything after sending the deposit? I sent mine in over a week ago but the check has still not been cashed ! just wondering what everyones status was

Did my fingerprints Tuesday- got letter today. Also got financial aid letter today , submitted this past Monday. But the letter didn't say much , just that they got my application and it is complete and the school will get all needed documents.

:crying2:Hey everybody, you're not going to believe what I did!

I purchased a money order for the deposit and had my daughter take it to the post office down the street. I used a regular letter envelope that I had at home. PRIOR to this, when I sent out my child abuse clearance and CPR information, I had purchased "stamped" envelopes from the Post office. But Guess WHAT! The envelope with the money order I THINK I forgot to put a stamp on!!! OH MY GOSH! That means it wont get mailed. it's already been a week. If I have to trace the money order it will take 60 to 90 days.

I am so upset. I pray that I wrote my return address on it - as I usually do - and it comes back to me tomorrow if indeed I FORGOT to put a stamp on. I am so stressed :madface:

ill pray that all will go smoothly! and i think you should email/leave a msg for julie... just so they know as well that you're acknowledging a possible mishap or whatnot & trying to do what you can! im sure they'll be accomodating ^^ do you have the other half of the money order ? so you have proof too plus.. this worry may be for nothing b/c there was a stamp on it....hopefully!

thanks celeste!! I already called today but the bursar wasn't in. Jean, the financial aid lady told me to call back tomorrow. So that's what I'm going to have to do. I'd appreciate your prayers.

quick q : what transfer paper are you talking about?? i didnt see any transfer paper in my packet...the only thing i sent out was my transcripts after i was done summer ii class. julie knows i am in progress of completing my micro and nutrition...but is there a transfer paper that needs to be sent somewhere???

i think we received a paper where we had to hand write what classes we took. if you dont have it i wouldnt worry about it. you guys are sending in your papers completely different then how we did. like you guys are talking about uploading stuff, i have no clue what you guys are up to with that. we just sent everything to the school.

i havent bought a pair of scissors myself yet. ive used a classmates twice in 210 to help cut off the tape when removing an iv. you dont use your pupil light pen until 111. and a lot of us buy white leather adidas shell tops for clinical.

your first week in january, expect to be in class all day from 8 to 3 ish (nursing) :nurse: :yeah:
