Am really looking forward to meeting my new classmates in January. :) This will be my last semester at Burlington CC. I was going to apply there for fall 2012 but lord knows why I came across Aria Health recently.

Can't wait to meet you guys too! I'm at my last semester at CC Philadelphia. Are you doing an associate's? I'm kinda in the same boat, I originally was going to apply to Drexel U and a couple of other schools. I didn't even think to apply to Aria until I looked them up on the web in early July of this year. Looks like Aria was meant to be for us instead!

@bonnie90 I agree with awarren, it seems like it'd be too late for declined letters to be showing up now. I hope it turns out well for you!

@celeste27 I had read in an earlier post that you were trying to find hospital jobs. Any luck yet? I'm a recently certified nursing assistant and I've tried applying to hospitals too. Not only do they want the certification, they also want the experience unfortunately, so I haven't been able to find a job there either.. I think I'm going to wait until Aria starts to apply for a job as a student nursing assistant and see how that goes.

@jess02: Thanks!!! yeah, i have so many options to work outside the healthcare field.. but its no help to my career so i'll just wait until i start i suppose. it'll be like a 2 month vacation before we start.

YYKS: Yea, mine's in the RAP status. Maybe they won't update it at all.

Celeste: I took the CPR class with Jeffstat in center city. The class itself was $75. You also had to bring the BLS for Healthcare Providers book to the class with you bc they didn't provide any. I think it was about $15 for it. So including the book, about $90. :/ (I knew someone who had the book though so I just borrowed it.) ..But I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Aria has discounted prices for the CPR class. I don't know the details, but it said in the admissions packet that we'd get the dates that Aria offers them in an upcoming packet, so they might give the info on it then.

Yup, at the Torresdale Campus. Don't know the cost though and if they provide the book.
