BumbleBee can you try to fund out when exactly they are planning on mailing the letters out?

I don't understand why they can't just post the answers online like they did before

ill ask my teacher tommorow. ill be in clinical so theres only one teacher ill see to ask and she might not know because she is 2nd level chair

As soon as someone gets a letter, please post. And let me know if it's a regular size letter or a package envelope along with what was in it : accepted or declined . I'll be scared of opening mine.

I get my mail around 2-3 pm. And I'm starting to feel the letter is never coming, but on another hand, in getting more nervous because I know it's coming any day now

Hi Jwow,

No, I haven't had the courage to call Julie and ask her. I've called on several occassions for other things since I've applied and I feel like I was a nuisance and now I have to ask AGAIN to defer. I'm nervous, but there is ABSOLUTELY nothing I can do to change my circumstances. I'm very anal about doing homework and focusing when I'm in school. Not to brag, but I am 50 and very proud of my 3.86 gpa that I've worked hard to maintain. If I start school in January, I'll probably be able to pass through, but I don't know that I'll be able to keep up my grades like that and that's personally important to me.

I've recently had to become a foster parent for my 10 month old grand daughter and it's a LOT of work at my age. There's my dilemma in a nutshell. I'd appreciate any prayers and advice. Kind regards and thanks for asking! Blessing to you and I hope you get your letter very soon.

Oh, and by the way, I just found my acceptance letter and it came in a LARGE white envelope filled with a number of papers to fill out. Just FYI. I didn't want to comment on that issue until I found my letter. Keep me posted as to your status and thanks again!

Wow I am so sorry to hear about that dilemma, but it is also very nice that you are able to take on such a HUGE responsibility! That is unbelievable. My only advice is to do what you need to do for your family, whether that be taking care of your granddaughter, nursing school, or both! I'm sure Julie will understand your circumstances, but I think the sooner you know the better, because if you can't defer again, I'm assuming youll start in January so the sooner you can start to prepare! Basically, the worst scenario is that you'll go ahead and start in Jan, and maybe your GPA will go down a bit, even a 3.5 (or whatever!) with so much on your plate is beyond impressive.
