Anecdote from the actual making of that film:

Shirley MacLaine shocked the citizens of a small Mexican town because during a break in the shooting of a scene, Shirley exclaimed how effin' hot it was in the nun's habit that was her disguise/costume. She hiked her habit skirts up to her hips, sat down on a sidewalk curbing, and lit a cigarette.

They didn't know she wasn't really a nun.

Later on (I kid you not) she felt better about the situation because she thought her nasal cannula was giving her pot.

There was a Thread a little while back about a Nurse who Texted the Doc that a Patient was better after receiving her PRN. The message was Auto-Corrected and the message the Doc received was "Patient received Media. Doing better."

That Rooty Payne, Psych Tech, is Something Else! He gets on the Same Level with the Patients and makes them Feel Good about themselves. And, in front of the Patients, he never says anything bad about Cassius D. King Medical Center... Take, for Example, this one Grandiose Patient who was Puttin' on the Dog, just wanting to Connect with Rooty...

Just an alternate perception of reality. In actuality Safety Coach RN, I've volunteered to help on days with the opening of the new unit, to mentor nurses that are new to our facility. In addition to my regular night shifts, I've taken on additional shifts to ensure that critical errors are prevented and to ensure that our unfamiliar co-workers are welcomed properly and given tools that can lead to their being excellent care providers here at Cassius D. King.
