Hey everyone! So the deadline has officially passed... and now we wait! I haven't seen any dedicated threads for Spring semester yet, so I figured this would be a good way to support each other and provide updates so we can try to get through the month of September together. I hope we can maintain at least a little bit of our sanity until then!
So who else is waiting for the letter(s)?
I've not gotten on here in a while but was wondering if anyone had gotten their schedules for the spring yet? So far Lawrence has changed my schedule a few times and I'm starting to kinda freak out. I have a 3 year old son and the drive up to Indy is about 70 miles one way. One of my questions is I have two classes on Monday, Fundamentals from 1:00-2:00pm and 2:01pm-4:50pm and then Pharmacology from 10:30am-12:00pm and 12:00pm-2:50pm. How am I suppose to be in two classes at the same time? Dates on the schedule show both start January 12. Also my clinical day even shows it starts January 12 (I find this odd, thought we didn't start clinical until February). Also, originally my clinical time was from 6:30am-3:30pm now its 12:00pm-9pm. Can anyone help me understand this? Thanks for any input!
Do not pay attention to the schedule that goes into the system, especially for clinicals. They have to put something in the system. You will get everything you need the first day of class. I also know they will not put it into blackboard until the day before class. In my program we get a calendar spelling everything out.
The head of our program has a shirt that says check the syllabus!

Thank you Heather. The syllabus came from the Instructor via email not from blackboard, it is detail oriented for sure!!
What program are you in?

Did you go to your orientation? At our orientation at Bloomington we were told we would graduate in Spring 2016 because our cohort is Spring-Summer-Fall-Spring. I'm not sure if your campus is the same, or why they would give you a 2017 graduation date in the first place. I would try emailing the nursing department and ask them if you haven't done so already.
