Ivy Tech Spring 2016 Applicants

I have been looking for a thread for any Ivy students that have applied for 2016 and can't find one!

Since the wait for the letter is going to KILL me, I really wanted to start a thread to communicate with others who are also waiting on that letter.

So...

What are your TEAS scores, grades, and points? What campus are you applying to?

I have a TEAS score of 88 and all A's, and will be applying to the ASN and PN program at the sellersburg campus!

Hoping to meet other Ivy Techers :)

I haven't heard anything, and I am turning into a paranoid, irrarional stalker. I am stalking the mail man and my CC.

I have a relative competitive score, but now I am worrying that I forgot to cross a "t" or dot an "i".

Does anyone know if they send out rejection letters, also?

At Sellersburg , rejection letters are sent at the same time as acceptance letters. I would think they all would do it that way.

And I'm also scared I forgot to sign something or left something out! I swear I find reasons to worry .

I greeted my mail man by our mail box today. He was somewhat surprised to see me standing down there because my mail box is at the bottom of our drive way, and the drive way is about 300 feet long.

I feel like the squirrel from the movie Ice Age. I wonder if I will go nuts waiting another two weeks for that letter.

That's hilarious! I will be doing the same every day until I get the dang letter!! Please let it come soon for my sanity!

On a positive note, I am getting quite the workout running up and down my driveway.

I know it is entirely to soon, but has anyone heard anything from any campus or through the grape vine?

I am about to be "that person" that calls my campus and asks when the letters will be sent out 😑 I can't wait any longer. I just want to know!!

I want to do it soooo bad. What campus are you calling ?? If you do let us know what they say:) my heart sank when I checked the mail today and nothing was there!!!

I know how you feel. Every time I pass the nursing office I have to stop myself from going in and asking. This wait is torture.:unsure:

I applied to Bloomington and Indianapolis (I prefer Bloomington). I got a 78 on the Teas - I have a 4.0 gpa so my total score was 139.49 (if I did the math right - which is my lowest scoring area!!) I have moments of sheer terror when thinking about the letter getting here. Reading this thread didn't help. Not many students said they applied to Bloomington but I think every one of the ones that did have better scores than I do so I am nervous!! eeeekkkkkkk Good Luck to everyone!!

Uncle Remus - Since your score is so high I'm guessing you will have your pick of programs - which one will you pick?
