I am so shocked to hear your advisors give you such awful advice. Usually they try to tell you to retake your B classes, esp if your shooting for ASN. What campus are you at? I'd def retake it. Even for a shot as an LPN. I did the LPN and there are so many applicants for both ASN & LPN that have straight A's. I think it'll really benefit you. Jst my opinion.. Gd luck
Hi everyone. I sent in my application to lawrence asn program a few weeks ago. I don't think we get acceptance letters back till around June. Does anyone know if that is correct time frame? My total score was 145/160 ,As in eng and a&p101,B in psychology, and 90.5 on the Teas. I don't want to retake the Teas again . I used the Ati manual to study and found the practice tests on the website to help dramatically. I did not apply to any other programs but I think I will be ok with the score of 145 or at least I hope so. Fingers crossed! Good luck to everyone taking the Teas this month. Make sure to study. I took my first practice test before ever studying and only got a 75 on it. So studying the suggested study guides that come after the practice scores will help you take the real thing.

Hey everybody!
The time has finally come to apply! I'm a mixture of excited, curious but most importantly NERVOUS!
I created this thread to share scores, tips and any rumors you've heard about getting into nursing school on your campus.
I guess I should start by sharing my scores.
I got an A in Anatomy, A in Psych, and a B in English. I haven't taken my TEAS yet but I am studying for it everyday. I plan on getting an 80 or higher since I've heard a lot of people on my campus only get in with that. I am applying to the Bloomington campus for the RN and LPN program. Good luck to everybody!
