  1. Has anyone gone to Howard University and is in the nursing program whether it be the traditional track of the LPN to BSN track? I just have a few questions regarding the quality of the program and if it is worth the money. Howard is my dream school and I plan to transfer there after I am done with my LPN program in Indiana. Any replies would be helpful, Thank you
  2. Thanks for this info. I'm taking the TEAS when I get back from break. I've been putting it off for too long. Congrats on your score too!
  3. it definitely depends on where you're applying girl. good luck in your decisions
  4. I think you should retake English. which campus are you applying to?
  5. I'm honestly not sure yet, I do hope to take it by the end of February though.
  6. I'm currently taking A&P 2 and Microbiology at the same time and I can definitely tell you its no walk in the park. You probably should take it one at a time, especially if you want A's in both. I believe I'm very good in Anatomy and the only reason I'm really struggling is because I'm taking Microbiology, a class that is challenging just like Anatomy and needs a lot of focus and time to study.
  7. Hey everybody! The time has finally come to apply! I'm a mixture of excited, curious but most importantly NERVOUS! I created this thread to share scores, tips and any rumors you've heard about getting into nursing school on your campus. I guess I should start by sharing my scores. I got an A in Anatomy, A in Psych, and a B in English. I haven't taken my TEAS yet but I am studying for it everyday. I plan on getting an 80 or higher since I've heard a lot of people on my campus only get in with that. I am applying to the Bloomington campus for the RN and LPN program. Good luck to everybody!
  8. I'm applying for LPN and RN
  9. Hi everyone, I got an A in Anatomy, A in Psych and a B in English. I'm studying for the Teas right now and I plan on applying to the Bloomington campus. If anybody else is applying there let me know so we can be nervous together lol
