Hi everyone. I just took my TEAS Test and got a 74.7% as my first attempt. I already got all my prerequisites done with an A grade on all of them. I am really stressed out lately because I don’t know if I will get accepted into the nursing program, with the fact that it is very competitive. My first choice will be the Lawrence campus then franklin or Anderson or terre haute. I want to apply for the fall2020 semester. I have a GPA of 4.0.
please let me know what you think and if you know anybody who got into the program with a grade like mine.
hi everyone! I'm applying next month to hopefully get in in the fall. I never see anyone post about evansville so I figured I'd be the first. I'm in my pre-reqs now and still holding onto my 4.0. I got an 86 on my TEAS but not sure what evansville looks like when it comes to scores so of course I'm going to be stressed until this is done. I'm not sure if I should try to take my TEAS again or if I'm safe where I am. Best of luck to all of you.

Great job on your TEAS!! I don’t know much in Evansville but I feel like that’s a good score to get in. I spoke to my advisor about mine and she said I did awesome and I got an 84. I also am still holding onto a 4.0 on pre-reqs as well. I feel like you’ll be fine! Best of luck ☺️

That is a very competitive score! I got a 76 on TEAS, A's in everything except English (transfer B) my final score was 133 and I was accepted Fall 2019 Bloomington. You will be fine! ?
I just took the TEAS assessment, and I got an 84. I have all A's but I still have to take psychology this Summer. If I get an A there, I think that would make my score a 144. Does anyone have any insight as to whether or not this would be competitive enough for Indianapolis, Kokomo, or Anderson?
Hello everyone. First of all, good luck to you all. I just took my TEAS and the Reading section killed my score. I have an overall score of 135. Competitive enough? I'm trying not to kill myself over the reading section grade, but if I only had a 10% higher score on the reading section, I would feel more comfortable. Has any heard if 135 is in the competitive range for fall? Probably a silly question since we are all wondering the same thing about the scores. I am not planning on retaking the TEAS for a better score since there's only a semester difference for Spring application; it would give me a chance to study rather than cram. But hey, the score I have might be enough. The round selection is confusing because the application has to be turned in at the same time. Why is there a 1st round, 2nd round, etc? Does anyone know? Wouldn't they know the scores and be able to make the selections all at once. Anxiety talking now! ASN track

hellooooo everyone! I'm Courtney, and by the title you can guess why i'm here. I am taking my pre-reqs this spring semester and thought i would get a topic going for the fellow pre-nursing students of Ivy Tech . Hopefully this discussion board can be a place where we all can gather and ask questions, enjoy company of others in the same boat, and of course await the acceptance letters ? PS - i'll be applying to the South Bend campus for the traditional ASN track ?
