Ivy Tech Fall 2019 Hopefuls

Published

I don't believe there is a board already started. I am ready to take my TEAS test in January and apply for the Fall 2019 nursing program. I just wanted to make a board so we can all keep each other up to date. I am only able to apply at my main campus in Lafayette, IN in the Fall so I decided to wait. I hope this is a place we can offer each other support and share our scores before we wait for the news! Good luck everyone and study hard!

Those that received invites have 7 days to respond. Then the computer will send out another wave of invites next Saturday if there are open seats. This process repeats twice more if needed.

So glad to have received the acceptance in the first round?? Was not expecting it but very proud of my self indeed.

I am so nervous. Did anyone on here apply to Richmond?

Richmond does not have fall start dates

Yes they do. I applied for it, Muncie, and Franklin. They all have fall start dates. I've seen one person going for LON get in, but no RN yet.

Hi everyone, I applied at the Bloomington campus only. I got an B in APHY 101, A in English, and an A in psychology. I got a 74 on the teas, so overall I only got 124 points. I haven’t gotten an email. Losing hope already :(

There are still a few weeks left for 2 more computer generated selection rounds and the last week is manual. Not everyone will accept that got selected this round. Perhaps Bloomington wasn't their first choice or something. So in that case it'll put all the people who didn't get selected back into the pool for next round to fill in the slots of people who didn't accept. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! I got into Bloomington I hope to see you there this Fall! ?? Keep me posted!

Does anyone know how the selection process really works? Is there a chance I will get an email throughout the week or is it a certain day? I’m confused on the whole process

It seems the next few rounds will all be on Saturday. So not all of the people who got accepted to your campus will accept, because perhaps it wasn't their first choice. So when they click decline there is now a free spot. Then all the people who were not accepted will then get put back into the pool for the next round, this goes on for 3 more rounds. 2 of which are computer generated, the last one is manual. Hope this helps ??

Sorry, they don't have fall start dates for LPN-ASN, otherwise I would have applied because that's where I live lol

I applied to RN. A friend of my applied to LPN and just got her acceptance letter this morning. I'm confused lol
