I've had a couple of misdemeanors and arrests... Some advice

Right now I'm currently going to my community college trying to get into the ADN nursing program. I was reading on here and I guess that the BON is EXTREMELY uptight about disclosing information and such. I take the test to see if I can get into next fall's program with the next month. I know our nursing program does a background check.

I have had the following run ins with the law:

-I was arrested and fined for trespassing when I got into an argument with my mother who was trying to kick me out.

-I was subsequently jailed for a week because I was unable to pay off the fines due to not being employed. (about 6 months later, turned myself in)

-I was arrested for and fined for having an open container in a vehicle. (I was the passenger).

Now, I was reading that in order to properly disclose this information to them, I would have to get certified court records and such. Now how would I do this? Every time I've gone to court, it's just been municipal court, not superior.

I want to just make sure that all my stones are covered that way I don't get any "surprises" that could mess up my changes of getting into the program and any subsequent things that may follow.

These are questions only your board of nursing can answer as each state deals with this separately.
