Hello,
I'm a current student at ITT Tech that is not being allowed to graduate because of their HESI policy that has been changed and now being implemented a week after my very last quarter. I'm looking for any previous student/graduates or current students that would like to share their experiences about ITT. The program starts off great until they begin to make all these sudden changes that you must abide even though you should grandfathered in. Once you're knee deep in debt with their program you have no choice but to stay and try to finish. Please current and previous students PLEASE share some of the experiences that you had at ITT good or bad!
Thanks

Hello I m currently a Lpn studying the Hesi Entrance Exam for an Advanced Placement seat for the March class at ITT Tech.....I'm fully aware of how nursing schools seem to change up rules every semester....In the start of my Lpn program the passing score was a 850.....but two weeks into my fourth (last) semester it was changed to a 900.......did the same thing happen there? And also would this location be the ITT in Earth City, Mo are another state?

There is typically a line in the handbook somewhere saying that policies are subject to change without notice. As much as it stinks here isn't a lot you can do about it.

Im sorry that my comment does not reflect ITT but I was a student at UOP and was not allowed to graduate due to their policy on the post HESI. I would have graduated with a 3.85 if I had passed their exit HESI. Taking a practice NCLEX test, I pass that so I am sure I could have passed the boards ,again if I had passed UOP's HESI.

How does their advance standing program go?. I was trying to decide whether to do an lpn program first or not, this would be better.
