So I have officially lost 10 pounds a first goal met. Now to keep up the momentum.

I have had a few days off and spent them giving some love to my dog's and family (notice I put the dogs first).  Also BBQing and in working in the yard. May sound like a .lot of work but it is relaxing for me. 

Tday is a breakfast fast followed by a protien shake for lunch and we are havinga light dinner tonight. Wish I had a decent fish monger nearby. I don't realy want to drive an hour to the beach for fish. 


That’s so great!!  It feels good to hit goals!
