It's 2008 How are you all doing?

Just wanted to let the disabled forum posters, readers kmow I am thinking about th em and their individual circumstances.

For some a very tough last year, for others a better year.

I'm hoping 2008 will enable all of us to feeling better, doing better, but more importantly knowing we are valuable.

Happy New Year.:balloons:

I hope everyone feels a measure of relief, comfort, and prosperity in 2008.

Thankfully, my chronic pain suddenly disappeared in early 2007 after 2 months of chiropractic.

I am resolving to do more on my own to feel better. I want to quit smoking and start walking more. I need to lose some weight. My doctor has diagnosed me with metabolic syndrome. I tried to explain that it hurts to exercise and I am having muscle cramping in both legs, feet, toes, arms, and chest. I'm thinking that if I take control of my life, I may feel better. I just turned 50 in November, and I want to be around for many more years, especially since I have a 2-yr-old granddaughter...and who knows, maybe I'll get more grandchildren!

My paternal grandmother passed away from pancreatic cancer when I was in the 6th grade. My maternal grandomother, who I adored, passed away in her 80's from natural causes.

I do hope everyone has a better year healthwise.
