Issues finding preceptors in Columbus Ohio and surrounding areas

I am a FNP Student searching for providers located in Columbus, Ohio for Practicum rotations, however most providers are connected with hospital networks that also have NP programs , therefore those students receive priority placement. I'm wondering how other FNP students located in Columbus Ohio and surrounding areas are locating available preceptors when there seems to be very little provider availability. Most providers offices I have called deny offering clinical rotation opportunities or are extremely dismissive. I have searched and searched, with limited assistance from my school. Definitely no time to prolong program completion. Any suggestions or recommendations will be greatly appreciated!

All i can say is that I am pretty much in the same boat. Lost 2 preceptors u had already. It's so aggravating.

It is becoming so frustrating,especially with No assistance from the school clinical coordinators.
