ISO ER Nurse

I work at a critical access hospital in Taylor Texas. We see around 35-50 people per day. Mostly ESI 3 but lately the acuity has been higher (covid) and our population is out growing our capacity. We lost 2 full time ER nurses retired and carrier change. Posted for 2 Travelers and 2 full timers but no applications yet. It's not a bad place to work. Any ideas on how to get applicants?

Is this typical that a place would not have their FT openings posted on their own site?
