ISNAP RMA

Published

Recently started in ISNAP with, what I'm assuming is a standard 3 year monitoring agreement after a DUI. My main question involves shortening the terms of the RMA. Does it happen? Is it possible? What steps make success in the change most certain? Has anyone had success having the monitoring length shortened at all?

Thanks in advance

where in Indiana are you? I've heard IU health is very monitoring friendly. I have 2 nurses in my nurse group that work at IU hospital downtown. Community rehab at Community North campus. And of course dialysis is usually monitoring friendly.

I'm in Evansville. The downside to my career is I'm an LPN. So I feel like the low man on pole. I am National wound certified but again LPN. Not taken serious. What to do?

Try psych or rehab ( addiction txt) they are definitely recovery friendly and do hire LPN's. Just don't give up! It's frustrating, I know, but you WILL find something!

AND, you not just an LPN, your a nurse!! like us all. I've worked with many amazing LPN's!
