Is it worth playing for RN resume? Does anyone know generally or statistically if potential employers use to ATS tracking system for RN resumes?

I was wondering how valuable would it be to pay for a professional RN resume?

I paid way too much for an RN resume and cover letter but I am finally getting some notice. I have two telephone interviews and one potential temp position that may lead to full-time. No typo's, professional appearance, and put me and my accomplishments in a good light!
