Now that I'm movin' on up in the world, my required scrubs for my new position only come with one lackluster cargo pocket on the right leg. It's drawstring, so there's no belt to latch any of my old EMT tool clips onto. Under no conditions will I wear a hip or fanny pack.
So what I need to find is a decent holder for stuff like trauma sheers, pen light, hemostats, and other odds and ends to make use of this cargo pocket. Naturally I don't want to put all this stuff in loose flopping around.
The best thing I've discovered via looking online is some cheap prestige medical clip-on holder, but it doesn't look very secure.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Best I can think of at this point.
Also might want to try:

Might have some stuff, but they are more geared towards Military ALICE packs or systems.
Thanks!

Might just work!
Edit: In fact, the way the clip is designed, I can just clip it to my waist instead of the cargo pocket. Still can't figure out exactly how to use a loose pocket like this. Unfortunately aviator doesn't make scrubs in my requisite color (I wore them in school).
