Is there a studyguide/book on nursing prioritizing and implementation?

I sure do miss alot of question on test that has to do with "what should the nurse do first" and"select all the apply". Any books that can better deal with these questions in particular?

Prioritization, Delegation and Assignment available on amazon. This book helped me a lot through school and on the NCLEX. One of the best study books I had. Good luck!

Yep. Prioritization, Delegation and Assignment by LaCharity is what we used in nursing school and it helps a TON!
