I found a school that would be willing to accept a majority of my credits. They want me to take an exit exam and then take the NCLEX in the state of Florida. In order for me to get my license here in NY they would have to send transcripts to the NY board. They assured me that I can get my license endorsed but won't respond to emails confirming it. They also refused to let me take the NCLEX in NY directly and instead want me to do it through Florida first. They are approved by the state of Florida and as far as I know haven't graduated an RN class yet and have only up until recently had an LPN program. Should I go through with flying to Florida and taking the exit. I am nervous because they won't confirm in an email that they will send my transcripts to the NY board.

March 2022 I took my test and my unofficial results showed I passed. It's now going on 5 weeks since I tested, have not received anything by mail, email nothing. Called NYS on hold for 2hrs 24mins to be told my file was on hold for education review. Not sure what to do next. The school told me to apply for the Florida endorsement. Can NYS hold my License??
What end up happening ? Did you apply for your initial license in Florida ? Then attempt to endorse to New York?

What is the name of the school ? Did you complete the process or did you go elsewhere ? Where you stuck with just a single Florida license or multi-state license ?
