Is Saunders 4/ed sufficient vs. Lacharity

I'm using Saunders 4th edition. It has 13 pages on Delegating, Managing & prioritizing. My question is, Is it necessary to buy the Lacharity book? I'm having trouble finishing my Saunders book, 52 Chapters ^ do 3X que's.. Or if it really is a good idea to have the Lacharity book. Does anybody have a PDF or link to a good sample of the Prioritizing questions.

It is really helpful. I didn't really have a good understanding of it until I did the chapters in this book.
