I'm preparing to do the NCLEX RN hoped to move to the US, but with things looking so dime for me getting a Green Card; I'm beginning to wonder if its really worth it. What do you think? I mean I have a family and can't afford to loose time doing things that will not be fruitful in the end. Come on tell me what you think??

Which country are you from?
Right now the wait for a chance for a green card is about five years or so for most. And you need to be aware that passing of the NCLEX-RN exam will not guarantee that you will be able to get the green card, there are many more applicants than there are visas available.
