Hello!
I am a nurse from the Netherlands and I am wondering if it is possible to get your registration with only 1 year and a few months of working experience as a RN.. I know that in New Zealand 2 years are required.
Does anybody have experience with this or know more about it?

Yes. It is possible to get Australian nursing registration with that amount of experience. I was able to get one with about 16 months of experience. I do not recall any stipulations about the amount of professional experience required.
If you did not attend school in AU, NZ, CA, US, IR, UK or SA, it may be more difficult to obtain registration.
