Is it too late to take the exam?

I'll pay the nclex- rn exam thru pearson vue next week, my eligibility notice dated Oct 9, 2008, 2 months left before it expires. Now, do you think I can still make it because Im a bit anxious that ATT will not be mailed right away before Oct 9.

When you register with pearsonvue ask for email and you will get your ATT via email in a few days if not a few hours

yes, not worry about it they email you. If incase after 15 days you did not receive you may call or email BON where you registered.. NOw, you should be starting your review intensively.

I just paid the nclex exam today and still waiting for the ATT.

Someone please clarify because Im confused about this.

Let say I got my ATT, Am I still able to take the exam after oct 9? Does the Eligibilty of notice still applicable even I got my ATT and will expires after a year?(I presume thats the period of validity) ex: ATT dated Aug 20, 2010 valid until Aug 20, 2011?

Eligibilty Notice stated:

Dated: October 9, 2008

Your file will become inactive and will be destroyed if:

*You do not register with pearsonvue within 2yrs from the date of this eligibity letter.

* You do not test and the ATT expired within 2 yrs from the date of this eligibility letter.

Yay!! I got an email from pearson, they sent me my ATT valid from 8/13/2010- 8/13/2011 finally my question was answered.

Question:

I mailed my change of address to BRN last week. Pearsonvue addresses my ATT to my old place seems like the BRN did not updated my profile yet. Do I still need to call BRN to verify my change of address? Just wondering because they might send the result of exam to my old address.

Both sentences state "within 2 yrs from the date of this eligibility letter". That means you must take your NCLEX by Oct 9 2010.

Yeah the eligibility state 2yrs valid from the date of the notice letter. I was able to register to the pearsonvue yesterday prior to the notice expiration. Now my concern is the ATT which is valid from Aug 13, 2010 - Aug 11, 2011 so that means that I can take the exam anytime I want before Aug. 11 2011? or Should I take the exam before eligibilty notice will expires? which is on Oct 9, 2010.

Anyone please help.
