thanks for giving me some feedback. I also hope that since right now I'm concentrating on client needs/physiologic integrity ( I was below passing with my first NCLEX-RN attempt) that I should keep practicing it until I'm more comfortable before going to the next level/category. Does this sound good? Yeah, I study all the rationale and why during the exam review and I even write down things that I have forgotten or not so familiar with and then refer to my book. Please keep encouraging me. Thank you!
Yes continue to study and do question. I don't feel as bad now considering I just failed my boards too. I scored a near passing on everything this is so discouraging but we have to keep hope. Have you taken a nclex reveiw course all of my classmates that passed took it and I got so cocky being an lpn that I didn't need it .And see what happen I just took test on 10/19 so I am taking kaplan starting nov 7th. What version of saunders do u have is it good. Please help>>>>>>>>>>>
Hi,
I have the Saunders 3rd edition. Yes, I did attend a live review class right after graduation ( they came to our college). But I didn't benefit from it ( obvioulsy coz I didn't pass the first time.. ). It wasn't Kaplan, it was thru Drexel Univ. After getting my result ( and failed ) I was going to get a refund but I decided to take it again, this time they sent me a live review course on DVD ( 15 DVD's with content program covering from Neuro to Integumentary, Peds, Maternity, Newborn, Fundamentals, Psych). I watched the whole thing ( took me 2 weeks to complete) and I felt like it was more beneficial than the one we got at the college coz I can stop and rewind it anytime. So, now I'm just concentrating on the Saunders CD for practice.

Hello,
I have been practicing questions with the Saunders CD for about 4 days now doing 100 questions a day and reviewing the rationale for every questions. So far I have only been scoring 63-65 ( my highest was a 78). Right now I'm doing client needs/physiological integrity. I'm scheduled to retake the NCLEX-RN on Nov. 26th. With me scoring this low, I'm beginning to panick and really am starting to get frustrated. Am I on the right track and should not worry about how I score? Please help me build my confidence..Thank you!
