Is 'E.R' the tv show accurate?

Do you guys reckon that 'E.R' the tv show is accurate from a nursing perspective? Does it underrepresent nurses? (is underrepresent actually a word? well you know what I mean lol) It does seem to glorify the doctors a bit...

Its not as bad as others

Greys Anatomy definitly does I think.

The character I miss the most is Dr Romano! He was great comic relief! He was a jerk, sure, but he had the best comments and every now and then they would show that he did have a heart.

Dr Romano was the BEST!! I loved that he was so mean but you really knew he had a heart. I felt so bad when he lost his arm and the IRONY of how he was killed was so cool. Ummmmm I didn't mean to go on like that.

Yeah, Romano was a mess!! He made the show interesting. I forgot that he was in "Fame". Wonder what he is doing, now?
