Short an 'A' by about 1%.
Was sick as a dog night before lab practical. Not graded yet, but I think I only got 2 questions correct. If I didn't show up it would be an automatic 0.
If I get 4% on it, my grade will drop down to an 'B'.
With 3 weeks left, it is too late to withdrawal.
Only 2 tests left that will not make grade difference.
At my school the difference between an A and B is 10 points. I have a very good friend who had an A all semester. Then her dad had surgery and died suddenly right before the final. It dropped her from an A to a B. She was devastated. They really push that you need all A's in the 4 classes they count. I just told her to plan on doing really well on the Teas to make up the 10 points. A B is still an excellent grade in my opinion. I would just see what all goes into the acceptance to nursing school.
I'm sorry to hear that. I hope she is well now. Taking entrance test soon and glanced over her story at first.
