Is anyone applying to or has been accepted to AACC Spring 2013 program

I just submitted my application yesterday to the RN program at AACC. I was just wondering if anyone else has submitted theirs and how long it took for them to hear back. I am so anxious! I hate waiting!

I just submitted my application 2 weeks ago, received the "standard we have your application" email last week... How long did it take for you all to hear any news? I know they started accepting students earlier as last July into the fall 2013 class, my friend was a accepted after being wait listed for spring 2013....

I've worked so hard.... Crossing fingers for fall!

I submitted my AACC RN program application on Jan 2, 2013 and just got notified 04/02/13 of my acceptance for Spring 2014 but also on the wait list for this Fall 2013. *Fingers crossed* I hope I can start this Fall 2013.

I submitted my application Feb 21, 2013 and haven't heard anything was shooting for Fall 2013 but looks like I will prob be getting into Spring 2014.. hopefully I hear back soon!

The AACC Nursing program no longer bases acceptance on overall GPA, as long as you have at least a 2.5 GPA for all of your nursing pre-reqs and a score of proficient on the TEAS test than your are qualified to apply for the program and than it becomes a first come first served thing and doesn't matter how high your GPA is. I applied for the program in Dec 2012 and received my acceptance email on April 1, 2013, for Fall 2013 class and my packet a few days later. If you are not accepted for one semester but your do qualify and your application is complete than you will be put on the list for the following semester as long as there are seats available. I put my app in march 5 2013... I have herd nothing but we got your application... Then fall 2013 is full... I'm getting heart burn waiting to hear about spring 2014...

Waiting is one of the hardest parts.. I put my application in the day before the college closed for winter break I ran from the testing center after I passed my Teas test straight to the Nursing office to drop it off, and was checking my email the moment I got home as if I would get notice that fast..... I kept checking all during winter break (even though I knew the school was closed)..for a month a checked my email at least 5-10 times a day... Just got notice on April 1st that I was accepted into Fall 2013... So trust me I know exactly how you feel. Hang in there!!

I haven't heard anything I received an email saying they would let me know before August 31, 2013 and still haven't heard anything. I've called and left messages with the admissions assistant Debbie Hopp and no response. Hopefully I hear something by Aug 31.

I got my acceptance email yesterday and I am so excited and so ready to start! I cant wait!....but will have to for another 5 months. kay2020....I think acceptance emails went out like crazy this week. Did you hear back??
