I don't think so, I think you need to get a Ontario license to be able to work in Ontario

No. You need to hold an active license in the Province you were educated in, as well as the Province you want to work. I did the reverse. I moved from ON to AB. I hold 2 licenses. It costs more money, but that's the way it is. You also have to pay AB to send your endorsement to the CNO. They won't just take your own word that you have a license. This process takes at least 2 to 3 months.
Thanks for reply. so do i need to do an ontario exams to get the ontario licenses. what are procedures that I should have. I really appreciate your input

ARG. The exams are NATIONAL. You write ONCE. You apply to have your practice permit changed to "Insert New Province" one.
You can work on your old permit until the new one is issued. The first year is expensive because you'll have paid for a 2011 AB permit and need to pay for a 2011 ON one when you apply.
There is no need to maintain two permits a year unless you know you will move back before the end of the year.
