Is this academic dishonesty?

a friend of mine who is already in the ADN program gave me a copy of her reading schedule that outlines what will be covered each week and the readings that will be required. No assignments are listed only a reading schedule and the topics covered. Is this academic dishonesty since I will be getting a head start on the readings that are required?

In the real world after nursing school when people's lives are in your hands... you should have done everything in your power to become as knowledgable as possible.
