I'm going to guess it's the same NCLEX-RN that everyone has to take to become a licensed RN. There are a ton of resources available for this exam.

Check out the international forum for information concerning the current status of retrogression and its impact on you.
Thanks guys... Do ye no where I Can source books etc?
If you go on amazon dot com or barnesandnoble dot com, (or probably any local book website) and do a search on "NCLEX study guides", you should be able to find many resources. The one that is most recommended is: The Saunders Comprehensive Review for NCLEX-in fifth edition. Should be available to you. Good luck.

Before even start studying for nclex you need to apply to a state and meet requirements for International nurse. Amazon.co.uk sells many books on nclex as does some local book stores
Reading up on retrogression is a must as well as the job situation in the US
