Investigations in LTC

Hi. I'm looking for a book/CD on how to do an investigation in a LTC facility. I've seen one advertised but of course didn't save the address and now find myself really needing one. Do any of you know of one or have any of you used one you could recommend? Thanks.

I just received a CD/DVD on my desk yesterday from my Ed Director on abuse investigations which was put our by our state. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet but, will let you know if there is anything there that could help you.
