Hello Everyone

I am a new graduate nurse in NYC activly looking for hospital work. I would like to prepare myself for any interview questions that may come at me. As it is very hard to get a nursing job now in NYC, i want to make sure that if i am lucky enough to land an interview, i get the job. Can anyone give me insight on what types of questions to expect? Thank you ;)

It varies, greatly. Some are hour long grillings of clinical questions and some just ask a bunch of questions like, "When was the last time you made a positive change?" One thing I've noticed people have trouble with are surprise drug calculation tests as a component of the interview. Look out for that.
