Hello Everyone
I am a new graduate nurse in NYC activly looking for hospital work. I would like to prepare myself for any interview questions that may come at me. As it is very hard to get a nursing job now in NYC, i want to make sure that if i am lucky enough to land an interview, i get the job. Can anyone give me insight on what types of questions to expect? Thank you

It varies, greatly. Some are hour long grillings of clinical questions and some just ask a bunch of questions like, "When was the last time you made a positive change?" One thing I've noticed people have trouble with are surprise drug calculation tests as a component of the interview. Look out for that.
