Interview questions

Hey guys! I hope you are all having an amazing summer vacation.

I'm doing quite well, no job yet but...

Funny story, I been waiting word from my alma mater school district to see about a school nurse assistant job. And while waiting, i got sick and had to get my Gallbladder removed. I'm doing great, still recovering. While having my surgery, got an email about an interview for that school district. Made the appointment and I was confident but now I'm nervous.

Any tips on what questions I'll be asked and what should I say? Especially about why I left my last job

Cheers!

Sounds like a busy summer for you, Amethya! Glad you're doing ok after surgery.

If this interview is for a school nurse assistant, I'm guessing you'll be working in the health office with a nurse present, instead of by yourself? If that's case, your interview should be easy: the school you were at had multiple health needs that were best suited for a school nurse's role, but instead it was only you, working by yourself without on-site nursing support, and you'd prefer to be working as part of a school health team instead. Basically, it wasn't a great fit. You could add in too that you care a lot about giving back to the community (that's the impression I've gotten from your previous posts, and I think that's great), and being able to give back to the school district you were once a part of would be very fulfilling.

Good luck with the interview!!
