Interview Mayo Clinic Arizona Student Nurse Extern Program

Hello Everyone,

I have applied for the Mayo Clinic Arizona summer student nurse extern program: http://www.mayoclinic.org/externnurse-sct/index.html

I have been called for a phoned interview, and I am wondering if some of you had been part of this program. If yes, what kind of interview questions can I expect?

As a matter of fact, any interview questions can help. I am very nervous and don't know how to be prepared for this interview. Please Help! The interview will be hold in 2 weeks.

Hi djoup, I am also interviewing for the externship at Mayo. If you dont mind me asking do you live in Phoenix and if so what school do you attend? Someone in my class recently completed the interview so I have an idea of what it should be like, no specifics though.

I have first applied for the summer III, and I was not selected. But I keep applying until I got a phone call for this one. Good Luck if you still have some applications in progress.

Hi djoup,

They were just example questions.. such as give me an example when you did something special... type of questions.

I am really nervous because you know there are no two answers alike and I just gave it my best and I hope for the best. I just don't know if they follow it up with an in-person interview at all?

I already had my interview. Nine questions, all behaviors questions. There is no in-person interview, this is the last step. Do you know when we are expecting to hear from them?
