very true... backer matter a lots! even though you have many many seminars or trainings

yes, its true, but sometimes you need to choose trainings or seminars because some are opportunistic, they just make money out of this situation... what i mean is that some trainings or seminars are over pricing, hrr... so just them.. ok

... and the saddest part nowadays is for the applicant to pay a huge sum of money for the training. I hope it will not come to a point wherein nurses have to bid just to be included in the roster of employees...aaww, that would be the most dreadful thing for us nurses, especially to those deserving yet short to financial resources. Government officials should look into this matter more deeply, rather than those trivial things.

add to it a the nursing experience and your marketable!
