Anyone can answer this...

I am holding a Vermont license and I am planning of submitting my California endorsement application at the soonest possible time. My Vermont license was issued last August 2006 and has already expired last March 31,2007. Am I still required to renew my Vermont license?

Have a problem too with my Vermont License. I passed NCLEX last January 7, 2007 but I received the Renewal Form from Vermont BON last April 5, 2007 because the mail was partly torn. However, according to the letter the current expiration was last March 31, 2007. What will I do? I was not aware of the "odd-year renewal rule".

Help please.

thank you

Contact VT BON. You usually are given a license for more that two months.

hi! case is true with me. Just opened the mail few days ago having come from an out-of-town vacation. You mean we really have to renew the license even even it was only issued some two months ago? And pay $95 plus $25 late renewal? Mine was was issued feb.1,2007. But may i ask, why is it that in the original license it's indicated that expiration date is March 31, 2009?

I've asked VT about this before and said that if you were issued a license several weeks(not sure the exact # of weeks) before the expiration of the current licenses, your new license will be included in the next expiration which in your case is 2009.
