Difference between Nurse II and Nurse III ??

I know this may be a stupid question, but what is the difference between Nurse II (R.N.) and a Nurse III?? Other than differing wage scales according to the MNU (I live in Manitoba, Canada).

Is a Nurse II just a regular diploma RN with no degree, and the Nurse III is a R.N. BScN ?? Or MSN even?

Hmmm, I personally have never heard that, if there is a Nurse II and III, wonder what a Nurse I is?

Never heard it described this way either. I've seen RN, Assistant Head Nurse, and Head Nurse, but never a numerical divison.

What does the posting outline in pay and responsibility?

A Nurse II is a RN, Nurse III typically has a description of being a Clinical Resource Nurse.

Nurse I is basically an LPN.
