does anyone know of a hemodialysis center or a hospital with hemodialysis center in California that does direct hiring?? what are the usual qualifications?? anyone please... thanks..

There is a retrogression in place right now, so that is going to make it harder for you to get hired at this time. We just are not seeing it happening much at this time.

If you have significant experience in dialysis, you may find some willing to start the process for you, but as a new grad; it is going to be quite difficult.

You are looking at a couple year wait with no guarantee of a green card for the US, you may wish to look at other countries to get more experience first.
