confused newbie RN..help!

im a newbie RN here in the philippines and im planning to have my nclex by this year. i'm just confused about all these processing of papers and all that. i'm not really informed about all its details. so, i hope you guys could help me figure things out. so here's the thing, it is a requirement of the state board that i have to have a transcript review performed by CGFNS (is this what they call CES?) but then does it also mean that before i file my nclex application i should have that transcript review done already? or is it ok if i work both nclex and transcript review at the same time so that i won't waste time waiting for their confirmations?

another thing, does nj require fingerprinting? if yes, where could i get a fingerprint card?

i hope you guys will help me out. i'm really confused at the moment. thank you so much and God be with you.

Any BON that requires the CES wants to see it before they will process your application for licensure, and you need their approval to even sit for the NCLEX-RN exam.

You do not file an application for the NCLEX exam, you will be applying for licensure as an RN to a BON. And you want to use the License by Examination aplication and follow closely the requirements for a foreign grad.

so, that's it, i have to work on my CES first and then as soon as i get their approval that's the time i file my application for licensure by examination to the NJ BON. right, suzanne? thanks again! :roll

NJ will not do anything with the application until they get the CES from CGFNS.
