This November, I will be in Arizona doing my NRP course, recertifying, as I do every two years.

Sorry that I will miss you when you take your exam, but I wish you the best with it.

Hi, Marat and anybody who have expirience with cgfns!

It seems to me that you already passed cgfns and waiting for scores. If so may be you can give some advices about this exam! I'm interested in atmosphere in exam day?

I mean you entered test room and what then?? Any tips, suggestions, i'm interested in all stuff! Please help me.

Yes, I've passed the CGFNS exam and even got certificate.

OK, when you come in the exam room you are asked to show yours ID and they check if you appear in the list of approved exam takers.

I would suggest you to be calm and concentrated during the test and keep in mind you have to answere 50% of question right to pass the exam.

I had lived in Ukraine before I immigrated to Israel

As i read the maximum you can gain in cgfns exam is 800. So the line to pass is 400. How many did you pick? Did they specify in result sheet the exact marks you gather in each branch - farmacology, Psychosocial Integrity , health care and others???

Hello!

I didn't get too much, only 470, but this is enough.

In result letter CGFNS does not specify how you get in each field of nursing but they provide "Performance level" from poorer to better so you have evaluation how you was good or bad in each part of nursing knowledge.

Welcome to Allnurses.com. :Melody:

On the CGFNS website, you need to log into your account, and then pull up your file. It will say passed or not passed if it has been entered. You won't get a numeric score until you actually receive the letter from them.

Hi!

I think it's a bit early to check now, but anyway go to cgfns.org, choose check your status (you need to know you password and login - if you gonna use this service first time they will offer you to create you password and login you just need know you cgfns ID number).When you reach you page choose - check the status of any current order for products or servise. Then there will be list of services - CP,VS - you need to click on servise you interested in and click - Go.

You also can check any correspondence and a lot of things! :rolleyes:
