International nurses

Hi all,

I'm looking for some guidance and help. I am an Irish mental health nurse from Ireland. I have 8 years experience in the area of community mental health, acute inpatient, Clinical Nurse specialists and Forensic health nursing.

I have applied through CGFNS since January 2018 to evaluate my qualifications. I am still awaiting a result of what I need to do further. I plan to apply to the Florida Nursing board to gain experience in the United States.

Is there any international nurses that could tell me if they have gone through the whole NCLEX process? And how long does it take?

really at a loose end here and not sure what to expect.
