international nurse wanting to work in USA

Hi there,

My sister is a staff nurse(diploma nursing for 3 years) in Nepal with 1 yr+ working experience. Now she wants to go and work abroad (her first choice being USA) , could anyone please advice on if its really tough to get the visa? I also read about retrogression and all , is it really bad? And also is it better if she rather tried to apply either to Australia or UK instead? Please suggest.

Also if she decides to take NCLEX, is there an eligibility criteria of passing your +2 ( a-level equivalent) ?

any suggestions would be highly appreciated ..
