I'm not sure what your question is. Are you talking about students or graduate CRNA's. It would not be possible for a CRNA to work in USA.
I ment graduated CRNAs. So, how come we´re not allowed to work? Can you explain further? My working group has currently an exhchange with Tanzania and I can´t see any problems with having an exchange with any other counry.

It's probably easier to communicate with the hospital/program you are interested doing an exchange with, am sure it's a whole process if possible for you to work in the u.s (the u.s has strict laws in regards to allowing foreign trained health care professionals compared to other countries), I am from a different country and did a lot of research before deciding to go to nursing school in the u.s

I have worked with several CRNAs from Sweden, who came to this country (USA) but all had to do 12-18 additional months of school before being allowed to sit for boards and practice. The schooling and role of the CRNA in Sweden is just different. This is not a criticism, just a fact.
Thank you for your comments. By exchange, I ment approximately 1-2 weeks visiting in a hospital or in a prehospital setting. Not working. I´m aware that it takes a lot more than just a flight ticket to be able to practice clinically no matter what country.
I would contact the IFNA. That would be your best bet.
