It's hard for me to say because my school doesn't break Med/Surg into anything called " intermediate" so what did you learn in your 1rst med/surg class?
We break ours into M/S 1 ( Endorcine, Fluids/Electrolytes, Acid/Base, Respiratory, Physical Assessments). M/S 2 ( Cardiovascular, Musculoskelatal, GI), and M/S 3 ( Renal, Neuro, Oncology, ICU/ER)

At my school we have adult health I and adult health II. Adult Health I is endocrine/ neuro/renal/ GI/cancer. Adult health II is ardiac/respiratory/reproductive. Is that what you are going into?

I am a soon to be 4th semester student and I have only found my clinicals to get EASIER. The lectures are new and different but i'm not doing anything drastically different from my first clinical to the last clinical I had. We were doing everything pretty much right away, the only thing that has changed is the number of patients and the amount of confidence I have.
Good luck and don't worry!!!
Our final math test is 100%!!
