Any nurses familiar with these procedures? I am interested in having a little 'rejuvenation' done. Want to smooth out some acne scars and tighten up a little.
I'd be grateful for any info.
Thanks

I had the IPL done twice and it really evened out my skin tone. I have very sensitive sun damaged skin and it helped for a while. The lasers burn the skin and Thermage does not last but a few days. For acne scarring, I would consider some microdermabrasion and a filler. Next week I am getting Botox (which I swear by!!!) and some Restylane, which lasts longer than collagen.
Let us know what you decide. I am a junkie for this stuff.

Hi Haunted!
Thermage only lasts a few days??? But a full face procedure here is 2500!! I thought it was supposed to be the pre facelift facelift. I don't have tons of uneven skin, just a little melasma from pregnancy and a little sun damage. What is this acne scar filler? I dont have massive pitting just a few small indented pores. I am dying to get Botox but can't afford it yet. Still saving for the face treatment, depending on what I go with.
