My mistake--the name of the company is Integrated Healthcare Solutions, in Portland, OR.

Now that I've set that straight, I trust the feedback will come flooding in :)

I know of them, but not much about them. Just to give you realistic expectations on getting feedback here, there are over 300 agencies. The chances of getting someone who has actually worked for a smaller agency and visited this low traffic form is low. Not to mention actually composing a useful post. Worth a shot of course.

Here is another option. Ask them for a traveler reference (phone number). Any good agency will do it, although it is an unusual request, and they will have to ask for permission from the traveler first. Of course, the traveler you talk to will be a fan of that agency and that recruiter, but it will still give you a perspective different from that of a recruiter and should supply something of value.
