By the time I get my contract it will be at least three years since my firing/diversion. I have inactivated my license and am not working as a nurse.
I stole a lot of drugs and am pretty sure my trail will indicate a lot when/if they look deeper. I have no prior history of discipline, not even a parking ticket. I do not know if the county will come after me after the board has made their judgment.
Do they recommend in-patient treatment so long after getting caught? I did a ten week out patient program immediately after I was fired. I try to live my life and limit the effects this has on my family and cannot imagine what in patient would do to everyone.
To be clear I am clean, aside from two prescriptions for a tooth extraction and cough syrup last year.

Some of it will probably depend on your state.
