Does anybody happen to know if Inova Health Systems will hire ADN-RNs? The job postings on their website for nurse positions list a preference for BSN, or MSN, but it does not say that it is definitely required. Are there any ADN-RNs around that have become employed by Inova recently?

Ugh, hard to not stress over EVERYTHING!! But thanks for the feedback and I will try to act as "normal" as possible when giving my personality profile. :D

ejay is talking about the course review not the quiz. The quiz presents other questions.. It's not a strongly agree kind of question. Its facts about Inova policy. Again, its really easy and you simply have to read it over the night before. They will highlight the answers in class. You can't get more than 1 wrong.

Yes I did get the job actually! There was a lot of emphasis on your ability to communicate effectively as the position entails working as an epic super user in addition to being a new graduate nurse. They told me they were going to try to fill all of the positions by this upcoming week so you can still try and fill up an application and see how it goes. Good luck!

Did they offer you the job that day? If not how long did it take to hear back from them? When do you start?

I'll be a super user as well! Interview/hired past Thursday!

During my interview, I also mentioned how I had applied for an RN-BSN program...I think the interviewer gave that a big plus.

SO happy and relieved to not be looking anymore! Since January, I've applied to over 250 positions...yep, 250!!! The interviewer was very surprised I hadn't gotten a job yet...she thought I had already been on an interview with Inova since I had interviewed so well! Haha! (Had to toot my own horn there....not finding a job has been incredibly depressing!!!)

Can anyone explain me more about the Epic "supper user" position? Is it an clinical position or technical position? Thanks
